What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter.
You may be asked to enter your: name, email address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used to send information through periodic email or mailings, to respond to your inquiries, requests or questions.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or to protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

How We May Use and Disclose Your Information
We collect personal information directly from those who access our homeless services. When we meet with you we will ask you for information about you and your family and enter it into a computer program called ServicePoint Homeless Management Information System. We may be required to collect some personal information by law, or by organizations that give us money to operate this program. Other personal information that we collect is important to run our programs, to improve services for homeless persons, and to better understand the needs of homeless persons. Client intake information will be shared with agencies in the HMIS network in an effort to prevent client duplication. We only collect information that we consider appropriate. For uses beyond reports, we must have your written consent unless the law permits or requires us to make the use or disclosure without your consent. We are required to comply with The Ohio Balance of State Homeless Management Information System Policies and Procedures. You may request a copy of this notice.
